Emily Wishall is the founder of Radical Embodiment. She has a background and expertise in Embodiment Coaching, Rolfing Structural Integration, and the Art of Feminine Presence. Emily graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Animal Flow Instructor.
Emily has received training in specialized topics ranging from craniosacral work, the neuroscience behind chronic pain, functional methods from an osteopathic perspective, Reiki, Feminine Leadership Mastery, Goal Setting & Achievement, Coaching Techniques, Trauma Touch Therapy, and Earth Magic Mastery Women's Program.
Through her signature coaching process, Emily helps her clients to release shame and the old postural and mental patterns keeping them stuck, small, and limited, guiding her clients to feel more confident, energized, and at home their bodies.
Support for the Journey
Emily knows what it is like to feel insecure, ashamed, tired, and constricted in her body. Because of her story, she is devoted to supporting women through the path from disliking their body to loving their body. Through her own journey of transformation, she has been able to better understand and help her clients overcome their own limitations.
There is so much freedom and pleasure on the other side of this nonlinear journey. Emily is passionate about supporting women to shift their internal narrative from feeling like their body should be different to embracing their body exactly as it is.
Who is Emily outside of her work?
Emily lives in Boulder, Colorado. In her free time, she likes to be in nature, whether hiking on the trails or camping, leisure trail running, skiing, or reading a book in the sun. She spends most of her time with her sweet dog, Tula Rose, friends, and her family who live nearby (she is the youngest of seven and currently has 10 nieces and nephews).
